The Maple Tree is made with a high corn mash, distilled between 70% to 80% ABV then gone through a charcoal filter before resting in a glass carboy with medium charred Sugar Maple tree wood chips. When done it is diluted to 85 proof and bottled in 375ml and 50ml tasters. You will get aroma of maple syrup, taste of toasted vanilla with hints of maple at the back end.

The Simpleton is as easy as it gets. Started with a corn mash and distilled as close to 70% ABV as possible. Send it through a charcoal filter then right into a glass carboy with lightly charred oak wood chips. At 6 months it goes back through a filter and diluted to 90 proof. You get your aroma of wood with a nutty and floral flavors.
This corn whiskey get distilled between 130 and 150 proof, slow flow through a charcoal filter, diluted to 100 proof, then bottled crystal clear. Has a sweet corn aroma and taste with a little yowzer reaction.
This gin is made with corn, barley and rye spirit using both maceration and vapor infusion. With an intense flavor and aroma of juniper and subtle notes of citrus along with a sweet unfiltered kick, you will get a complex spirit that feels like spring. Bottled in 375ml and 50ml.
Decided to do a commemorative batch for someone who helped me along this long road. I have created a rye whiskey for Haywire Brewing of Snohomish in a 5 gallon barrel. Dec 2026 we will have Rye-Wire Whiskey just in time for their 10yr anniversary.
To make a Bourbon you have a long waiting game, two weeks to make but 2 years or more to age. My Bourbon is distilled at 140 proof, charcoal filter then barreled between 120 and 125 proof. This bourbon is aged in 15 gallon barrels.
